Event Terms and Conditions
General Information
These terms govern your ticket purchase and attendance at events held by Dr. Josie McLean and The Partnership Pty Ltd (Events).
By purchasing tickets, you agree to these terms. We may update these terms at any time with the latest version available on our website.
"We," "us," and "our" refer to Dr Josie McLean, The Partnership Pty Ltd and its entities. "You" and "your" refer to the ticket purchaser or attendee.
Booking and Ticket Purchase
Event details, tickets, and prices are on our website.
Ticket prices include GST.
Tickets can be bought online or via a manual invoice request through our contact form.
Full payment is due at least 24 hours before the event. Unpaid bookings may be canceled without notice.
Your booking is confirmed upon receiving an email notification and receipt. No physical or electronic tickets are issued.
Refunds, Credits, and Transfers
All ticket sales are final. No exchanges, credits, or refunds, except for certain canceled or rescheduled events.
No refunds for:
Inability to attend.
Late arrival or inability to access the webinar.
Tickets are transferable if:
You submit a request via our contact form with the replacement guest's name, business name, and email.
The request is made at least 48 hours before the event.
We may refuse entry if the transfer procedure isn't followed.
Event Changes
Events may be canceled, rescheduled, or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances or other reasons.
If postponed, you can attend the rescheduled event or get a full refund.
You will be notified of any changes via email.
Refunds or credits are the only remedies for event changes, and we have no further liability.
Conduct at Events
Professional and appropriate behavior is expected.
We may refuse entry or remove you for unacceptable behavior.
We record each webinar. By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed and allow us to use your likeness for promotional purposes without remuneration.
Limitation of Liability
We exclude all conditions and warranties related to ticket purchases and event attendance, as permitted by law.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the ticket's face value.
We are excused from performance under these terms if affected by a Force Majeure Event.
Miscellaneous
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Any disputes will be settled in South Australian courts.
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
No waiver of any term shall be deemed a continuing waiver of that or any other term. Failure to assert any right does not constitute a waiver.
"Force Majeure Event" includes acts of God, terrorism, war, strikes, material shortages, natural disasters, and other events beyond our control.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Partnership Pty Ltd regarding the events.
